1. Acceptance of Terms & Workspace Administration
By creating a WilderLinks workspace, connecting custom domains, or integrating our SDKs/APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Organization administrators are responsible for safeguarding workspace API keys, managing user seats, and ensuring all team members adhere to platform policies.
2. Acceptable Use & Conduct Restrictions
WilderLinks services may not be utilized to create, host, or distribute URLs associated with phishing, malware deployment, unauthorized brand impersonation, illegal activities, deceptive redirects, or unsolicited bulk messaging (spam). WilderLinks reserves the right to suspend or terminate any workspace or custom domain immediately without prior notice upon detection of security threats or malicious link usage.
3. Custom Domains & Automated SSL Management
WilderLinks provides automated Let's Encrypt TLS SSL certificate provisioning and CNAME routing for custom branded domains. Users remain responsible for maintaining valid DNS CNAME records configured to cname.wilderlinks.com. WilderLinks is not responsible for link resolution downtime resulting from third-party DNS registrar failures, domain expiration, or DNS misconfigurations.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & API Usage Limits
We target 99.99% operational uptime for edge link routing. API requests, link creation calls, and analytics queries are governed by rate limits corresponding to your active subscription tier. Excessive requests exceeding tier thresholds may return HTTP 429 Too Many Requests responses to preserve platform stability for all tenants.
5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WilderLinks and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of traffic, revenue, or app store conversion data) arising from service interruptions, mobile OS updates, or third-party store policy shifts. Users agree to indemnify WilderLinks against claims arising from content published through their custom links.
