1. Subscription Billing Cycles & Free Tier
WilderLinks offers flat monthly and annual subscription plans, as well as a perpetual Free Tier for early-stage and development teams. Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period via Stripe.
2. Workspace Cancellations
You may cancel your WilderLinks paid subscription tier at any time through the Billing section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your workspace retains active paid features until the conclusion of the current pre-paid billing cycle, after which it automatically downgrades to the Free Tier without data loss.
3. Refund Guarantee & Eligibility
We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for new annual subscription plan activations. If you are unsatisfied with WilderLinks within 14 days of your initial annual upgrade, contact support for a 100% refund. Monthly subscription fees, custom domain add-ons, and overage fees are non-refundable.
4. Billing Inquiries & Charge Adjustments
If you observe a billing discrepancy or duplicate transaction on your account, notify our billing team within 30 days of the charge date at hellowilderlinks@gmail.com. Verified billing errors will be promptly refunded to the original payment method or credited toward your future workspace balance.
